Shared half-baths and use of community bathrooms/showers - for ages 13 and older only. Our peak season is July and August, with our shoulder season rates in May, June, September and October and our low season rates from November through April. Generally, there is a minimum two-night stay for advance bookings. Pricing depends on availability, time of year, number of people in party and advance booking.
