You don’t have to go far these days to hear about the many benefits of yoga, and with our on-site classes, you don’t have to go far to reap these benefits for yourself! Not only does the practice of Hatha Yoga increase flexibility, strength, concentration, and body awareness, it also works wonders at calming your mind and reducing stress. All of these wonderful attributes make taking a class here at Doe Bay a beautiful enhancement to your stay on Orcas Island. Our classes are open to all levels and use essential yoga principles to help free the body and mind from habitual patterns and tension. Using movement and breath, all students can discover new edges, find balance and cultivate inner peace. Come in willing to take a deep breath and explore the miracle of your body. Leave feeling more balanced and relaxed. Classes are held in our spacious waterfront Yoga Studio, sweetly perched in a location that provides postcard-worthy views of the ocean and neighboring islands. The drop-in fee for classes is $10, paid to the instructor. You are welcome to borrow our props or a mat, if you need one. Check the calendar of events for our current schedule. Please join us!
