MLK weekend at the café was a great success! The special this weekend was a local caught King salmon which I prepared with a balsamic honey-glaze and served with an orange infused couscous salad mixed with port soaked currants and scallions, along side of Plenty Produce's sauteed Lacinato Kale.
This weekend I had a guest say that this was one of her best dining experience ever (only second to the very first time she ever ate a restaurant over 20 years ago) and that the Nori wrapped Black Cod was a life changing experience! This is probably the best compliment I've had in a very long time. Thanks so much!
