| Employment Opportunities at Doe Bay If you are ready for a season of hard work on a great team in an
absurdly beautiful environment, we'd love for you to join us at Doe
Bay! We're a 33-acre piece of bliss that will make you happy to stay
a season and keen to return for another or to stay through the year! We give priority to people who are capable of staying from mid-May through Labor Day. Most positions are seasonal, but we’re always happy to keep people through the off-season depending on position and level of need. All positions begin at $9.00/hr for the first thirty days and go to $10/hr (except for servers which are at $8.07 for regular service and a higher wage for catering service). Employees have free access to the tubs/sauna, discounts on massage, the Doe Bay Café, free kayaking with Shearwater Kayaking on a space-available basis, use of a private-access trail into Moran State Park for Doe Bay staff and guests only, and the chance to be part of a superstar-fun community. Housing is available for a nominal fee. There is platform tent camping and dorm-style housing for a fee of $160 per month including utilities (no power/plumbing at platforms, but a minute’s walk get you to the staff kitchen). Off-site housing can be found independently. All applicants should be legally authorized to work in the United States, 18 years or older, and look forward to a memorable summer.
