We'd love to have you stay with us, and you won't want to leave. For retreats, conferences, classes, and family reunions, email us with information about how to best match your needs with an exquisitely planned event you won't forget! For large-scale events, such as weddings or larger reunions, please refer to the information below. Accommodations All "soft-blocked" accommodations will be held for the wedding party until 90 days before the event. 90 days prior to the event, all unconfirmed space will be released to public booking. Rental of the entire "Lower Field" area and Retreat House are required. If guests fail to rent these spaces, then the wedding party must pay for their rental. To book the entire resort, the price would be $8000 per night. Site FeeA $2500 site fee is required to soft block cabins until 90 days prior to the event. This fee is in addition to any rentals and is 100% non-refundable. Food Fee to use an outside caterer is $2500. Unless entire resort is rented, the Doe Bay Café is open for all meals as usual. Meat (other than seafood) can be cooked by our café for the reception on an outside grill or in Retreat House. BeveragesBeer and wine can be purchased through us at cost plus 30%. The corkage fee, if wine is purchased elsewhere, is $500. A $10 Banquet License is required and must be obtained through any state liquor store. We can staff the bar with a bartender for $45 per hour. MiscellaneousWe will add appropriate sales tax to your bills and 18% gratuities to your catering bill. A signed contract and receipt of deposits is necessary to secure wedding booking. A PA rental is available: $500 for the full weekend (Fri-Sun) or $300 per day (ie. Saturday night only) with tech support for setup only. We will take a damage deposit. There is a $500/day fee for use of Studio for private functions and use may not interfere with other scheduled activities (yoga, etc). All facilities/services are open as usual to the public and/or other guests unless entire resort is rented (café, spa, massage, yoga, kayak trips, etc). If entire resort is rented, the café can be closed for your exclusive use. Other rentals such as tents, tables, chairs, linens, etc must be rented elsewhere – we can provide names and contact numbers for some vendors. All other details must be handled by party members themselves. These policies are provisional and subject to change based on availability, seasonal timing, and other circumstances. Doe Bay is a perfect place to host an event, reunion, retreat, workshop,
ceremony, or wedding! With a tremendous range of accommodations, an
on-site café, massage therapy, reiki, acupuncture, various
outdoor activities both here and close-by, gathering spaces, and a
sauna/tubs complex, it's one of the best spaces in the region for
gatherings of 2 to 200 overnight guests. 
All accommodations are regular price appropriate to the season with
a two-night minimum. 
Catering costs approximately $35-$75 per head depending on menu
