Ever sleep in Buckminster Fuller's bedroom? Sleeping in a dome might give you an idea of what it would be like. These permanent dome structures have wooden platform floors and a double bed and a large transparent panel on one side of the dome for a view and light.
Gnome Dome has no electricity or water but is a short walk from showers and toilets in the Upper Bath and only a slightly longer walk to the Guest Kitchen in the Lower Bath facility. It's protected by trees and is located near a picnic table with a tremendous water view.
***DURING THE OFF-SEASON, DOMES AND YURTS HAVE BEDDING AND BEDS REMOVED AND ARE DEEPLY DISCOUNTED.***
