Heron is the last stop of our walk-in campsites and this gives it an extra dash of privacy. No water view from the site, it's well protected from the wind that can come off the Strait and is suitable for a one or two-person tent.
A brief walk brings you to the soaking tubs and sauna and toilets and showers are located at the Upper and Lower Bath facilities (the Lower facility also houses the Guest Kitchen).
As with all of our campsites, it is a fire-free site, though in the absence of a burn ban you are free to use the community fire ring near the volleyball courts.
